Following the Pulwama Terror attack, there’s a fire in the heart of every Indian against the terrorism. The feeling of revenge could not be denied.
While more than half of the country was busy enjoying the memes and verbal abuses for Pakistan on social media, it was the Indian armed forces and Intelligence agencies who were actually working day and night behind it to retaliate in the language Pakistan understands.
On 26th February 2019 at 3:30am, exactly after 12 days of Pulwama attack, the Indian Air force did an Air strike on Balakot, Chakothi and Muzafarabad in Pakistan. As per the reports, India launched 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets to drop around 1000 kg of bombs on the terror group. Pertaining to this, Alpha 3, which is the control room of Jaish-e-mohammad has been completely Destroyed. Not only the Control room but the Terror launch pads were also destroyed.
“At 0330 hours on 26th February, a group of Mirage 2000 Indian Fighter jets struck a major terrorist camp across the LoC and completely destroyed it. 1000 Kg bombs were dropped on terror camps across the LoC.” Says the IAF sources.
It was also reported that Pakistan’s F16 were going to retaliate to the action but they returned due to the size of Indian formation.
The Aerial strike was 100 percent successful. And the best part about this Air strike by IAF is that no civilian is harmed. IAF have also put the air defence systems on high alert to be ready for any further attack from Pakistan.
Well, in some way we have been able to do some justice to those 40 CRPF personnels who have lost their lives in Pulwama terror attack.
Note that India has given the status of Most favoured nation to Pakistan in 1996. Although Pakistan have never granted that status to India. However after the Pulwama Attack, India have snatched away that status of MFN from Pakistan.
Besides this, India
According to the Indus water treaty signed in 1960 between India and Pakistan, by the first prime minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and the then President of Pakistan, Ayub Khan, the water of those 3 rivers was distributed between India and Pakistan. Along with the major portion of the water from those 3 rivers, Pakistan was also getting a portion of the water that was for India as we didn’t have the means to control it and turn it towards us. But now the government have decided to block that water flow towards Pakistan and turn it to Punjab and Jammu Kashmir. This is one of the strongest steps that Indian have taken.
Apart from this, Indian have been buying alot of goods from Pakistan. Last year we bought aluminium, coal tar, urea, leather, cotton, cement, lime powder and alot of other items which totals the amount to somewhat around 2540 crores. Considering the current scenario, Pakistan will have a hard time facing India.
Be it the civilians of India or Pakistan or any other country for that matter, but whenever there’s a terror attack, it is the civilians who suffers the most. It’s high time that Pakistan STOP giving support to these terrorist organisations.
