Chapatti is the common food for all Indians. It is a good and most accepted substitute for rice foods. In South India, normally chapatti is used as dinner, but in North, Indians eat chapatti at all times including morning, afternoon and at nights. But they are normally using homemade chapatti prepared
But in South India, the majority of them are using ready-made chapatti to save time. But it is harmful to our health. The normal colour and appearance of Readymade chapattis change within 15 minutes and the colour fades due to Fungus. The taste and quality of chapatti itself
It is not possible to keep the readily made chapatti for more than one day as it is affected by Fungus. The ready-made chapatti are often kept at the shops for more than 2 days and we are using the same for longer period.
It is better to use Homemade chapatti at our home by using good quality wheat powder and it is best to avoid ready-made chapatti and live a healthy life.
